Originally from Nelson New Zealand, I relocated to Sydney in June 2016 to take up a position in recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer within financial services Information technology. Here I was taught the foundations of recruitment initially being more candidate facing with my purpose being to connect expert talent in the market with high calibre clients. In mid-2017 I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to join Profusion Group as a Consultant, where I am now able to continue building on my knowledge and experience in the business projects space. Throughout my introduction to recruitment I have found a passion in talking with professional candidates and helping them find their next life changing career move. Whether that be in a permanent position, or a long term contract in the project transformation space.
