Staci Williams Seeley was born into a family of educators, and she has gained expansive experience in the field across more than 25 years. College counselor, nonprofit executive director, development director, middle and high school teacher, college mentor, and trustee are among the many roles she has held at independent schools and colleges. Before joining Storbeck Search, Staci worked in management at MetLife, as a teacher and administrator at Concord Academy, Groton School and Lawrence Academy, as a director of Upper School Counseling at Prep for Prep in New York, and as a development director at two charter schools – Bronx Prep and Hyde Leadership. Most recently, she served as the college mentor at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation. An active volunteer on behalf of schools and nonprofits, Staci has served on the advisory board of the Cannonball Foundation and as a trustee of Belmont Day School and Bowdoin College. She is a current trustee at St. Andrew’s School and the Board Chair at Montgomery School.
