In the past, I held various commercial positions in banking and in Mergers & Acquisitions in the food industry. In M&A, I discovered my affinity for project-based work and the importance of the human factor. My bilingual upbringing, studies, and multi-year stay abroad (in France) fueled my interest in cultural diversity. My people-focused approach and curiosity subsequently led me to executive search. Genuine attention is an essential quality in building the lasting relationships we strive for, both in executive search, with clients and candidates, and in career guidance. Active listening and honest feedback are essential for making an impact. My career in executive search spans several decades and a wide range of sectors and functional areas. Currently, I work as a Senior Researcher in the CFO and Financial Services practice, where we work on projects at the CFO and Board level, focusing on family businesses and private equity.
