Lily created Aldebaran Associates shortly after 9/11. It was a challenging time for our national economy but in many ways it was the best time to start a company dedicated to helping people advance their careers. Lily’s professional background spans 25 years of experience in business development and sales. She is an idea machine and a true entrepreneur with a love for making a difference in how people view themselves both personally and professionally. Lily graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has helped fuel her natural ability to understand human nature. She is an adept relationship builder, coach, and leader.
