Natalia is a Principal Client Partner in our Global Industrial practice focusing on developing long lasting strategic relationships with clients, advising on solutions across our full range of services. Natalia has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, specialising in the industrial market with a background in Life Sciences and both retail and asset finance. Working alongside her colleagues to grow the global Industrial business practice, Natalia uses her wealth of experience in client acquisition and development. Outside of work Natalia enjoys baking and cooking for her fiancé and son, as well as reading and watching cooking programs and historical documentaries.
