Shay joined Taylor Root in 2021 as a Resourcer, she focuses on placing lawyers in permanent and fixed term contracts roles in the private practice market within Taylor Root’s London office. Before joining Taylor Root, Shay worked as a Development and Strategic Games Associate in Shanghai, China. She was born in the UK but was raised all over South-East Asia. Shay graduated from an ESC school in France and holds a B.A. in International Business and Trade.
