Jason White joins the Direct Recruiters Hospital IT team as Executive Recruiter. His focus is to be the catalyst for organizations and professionals seeking to not only increase performances and skillsets, but to harbor a better relationship between employee and employer. Jason previously worked in several fields prior to joining the DRI team, including networking and database management, Insurance Consumer Relationships, and financial advocacy in a consumer market, where he helped people come to their own conclusions as to what might be sustainable for their own needs. He took Business education classes in high school as main electives, then he went on to attend Lakeland Community College where he studied Graphic Design and Video Production using many different computer software modules. Outside of work, Jason has an amazing wife and son that he loves to spend time with. He enjoys household projects, remodeling and refinishing. Jason is a huge Browns and Indians fan, and loves going to as many games as he can each year. Jason has always felt that if you can show compassion, support, and encouragement for people, and the situations they are in, you may help change someone’s life for the better, and yourself in the process.
