As an Executive Search Consultant, Erica is passionate about connecting unique talent with meaningful work, resulting in long-term placements for clients and candidates. With her resourceful and action-oriented approach to work, Erica has demonstrated a commitment to achieving success by doing what’s right, not what’s easy. Prior to joining Morgan Consulting Resources, Erica worked at Landmark Health, the nation’s leading in-home medical care provider. From 2014 to 2020, Erica helped grow Landmark from a team of 13 employees to over 1,200 employees across 14 states. Her vision and ability to build things from the ground up resulted in the successful design and implementation of efficient processes and engaging programs across the company. Erica was the fourth employee to be named a Landmark Hero, a quarterly, peer-nominated designation awarded for embodying the company’s core values. Erica lived abroad for 20 months, visited 22 countries and has sailed on 111 cruises; it’s no surprise she co-founded the Global Student Network on her college campus, met her husband at sea, and is now an active member in a local cultural group. Erica resides in Wake Forest, NC with her fun-loving husband, smart and witty daughters and their 70 pound lap dog.
