Alexandra joined the Cornerstone team in 2016 as Associate Partner after 21 years in senior Human Resources Management and Consulting roles in top-notch organizations in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Consulting field.

She has held the position of the Human Resources Director with E.J. Papadopoulos S.A. as well as with Novartis Hellas, both for 5 years, and has also been with Boehringer Ingelheim for a period of 11 years in managerial HR roles, locally and internationally.

Alexandra undertook several projects as an Executive Search consultant in Cornerstone over the past two years and has worked as a Business HR Consultant in Diadikasia S.A, also for two years. She is an active volunteer with RED CROSS Greece – Social Services.

Alexandra holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Human Resource Management, both from the Athens University of Economics & Business, and received an Executive Education in Strategic HRM from the Stanford University, Graduate School of Business. She speaks English fluently, and also has a good command of German and Italian.

Alexandra’s expertise is in Pharma and the FMCG industry.
