Her previous corporate HR experience encompasses a wide range of specialized functions, although her core strengths are in recruitment, training & development, and communication. Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates in 2003, she worked as Consultant and Business Development Manager for Euro Search, the UK-based executive search firm, where she is credited for building strong client relationships with top-tier companies in various sectors.
