Tomasz graduated in Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics with financial specialisation. He also completed a Business Administration course at Minnesota University and Warsaw School of Economics. He has over twenty years’ experience in the recruitment consulting industry. As the Vice-President at IRC Poland (HRK) and is responsible for leading senior projects. In addition co-created the methodology and participates in Personnel Audit, Assessment and Development Centre projects, mergers & acquisitions and employment restructuring projects.
Tomasz is the IRC EMEA Regional Leader.
