Dalia is a graduate of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where she earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Health, Medicine, and Society. After graduation, Dalia joined the recruiting world as she has always been inspired to work with people and facilitate relationships. With each candidate, Dalia uses her attention to human behavior to understand how to effectively work with them and support their success.
