Erica Hayward is an Interim Legal Talent Director – Candidate Development in our Los Angeles office. In her role, Erica assists attorneys and other legal professionals with finding interim, project-based and temp-to-perm roles within law firms and corporations. Erica lives in Burbank, CA, with her other half, Sasha. When she isn’t finding A+ legal talent for our clients, Erica enjoys hiking with her dog in the hills of Los Angeles, volunteering for the Los Angeles Conservancy as a walking tour docent and supporting Sasha as his pit crew on his 75-mile plus bike rides.
