In some ways, it’s a role I’ve created. I wanted to make more of the resources we have available, so I use our whole system to find and register new candidates and present them to our recruiters. Every candidate I flag is tracked, so we can measure the success of what I do and it’s really paying off. Feedback from the recruiters has been great, and we’re seeing our consultants starting to use it too.
