Mr. Phelan holds a wealth of knowledge in supporting organizations as they grow into new markets and scale accordingly. He has worked across Non-Executive, C-Suite and Senior Leadership positions in both commercial and technical capacities. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Phelan was managing partner of a leading Irish executive search firm. He has previously worked across both research and consulting positions spanning the technology, consumer and life sciences sectors. Mr. Phelan holds a BA (Hons) Entrepreneurship and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors (IMCA). He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Board Member of Transparency International (Ireland).
