Mariana is an Associate on the Early Careers team, where she works on all areas of early careers recruitment for the financial and professional services markets. She gained recruitment experience while interning at a commodity trader, where she ran recruitment campaigns targeting junior candidates. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Mariana moved from Singapore to England to study at the University of Bath where she earned a BSc in Politics with Economics.
