I specialize in recruiting within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry, specifically focused on ingredients and ingredient systems—including seasonings, spices, emulsifiers, preservatives, coloring agents, flavorings, flavor enhancers, fragrances, breading, coatings, oils, mold inhibitors, probiotics, cultures, and sweeteners. Coming from a sourcing background, I am an expert at finding the needle-in-a-haystack candidates. I pride myself on forming genuine interpersonal connections with my candidates and clients, looking for a potential match culturally and holistically rather than a resume and job description in black and white.
