This extensive knowledge, combined with my strategic, consultative and dynamic approach to recruitment, has enabled me to successfully built long lasting partnerships with some of the most reputable clients in the market place, across the Globe. Having initially started at Mane as Recruitment Consultant, my career has progressed significantly over the past decade. Some of my most notable achievements include, building up our Automotive & Motorsport division from scratch, launching Mane B.V., Mane GmbH and Mane Philippines, firmly establishing Mane’s presence across the Globe, as well as being the driving force behind the Mane Group’s current growth in sales performance. Being involved in almost all aspects of the business, I have successfully led a number of teams to improve their performances and continue to explore ways in which the company can innovate and exploit gaps in the market.
