Brian joined The Bowdoin Group in late 2018 where he is currently a Principal, specializing across our four verticals with the most senior-level searches. At the firm, Brian works closely with both clients and candidates to manage the delivery and execution of search engagements, from kick-off to compensation negotiation.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Brian focused on executive-level HR roles, serving most recently as Director of Research for GattiHR, a retained executive search firm focused on the search and placement of Human Resources professionals. There for six years in total, Brian worked with a range of companies, from emerging startups to global Fortune 500 organizations locally and nationally, helping find and place candidates from the C-Suite down to the Director-level.

Before his time at GattiHR, Brian spent nearly 13 years at State Street in a variety of back office functions, including the first line Manager of Global Trade Processing.

Brian holds a B.S. in Business Management from Providence College and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and is a huge Boston sports fan.
