In 2004 I co-founded Profusion Group with Rod Jones, Simone Mears and Alison Loader. Since then I have been the Co-Head of our Recruitment Business. I am responsible for leading a team of recruiters who service clients and candidates across the Funds Management, Superannuation and Insurance sectors. I love dealing with people; for me, finding the perfect candidate for a client or finding that excellent individual a life changing opportunity is what it’s all about. My network and industry expertise has been crafted over 12+ years within my specialist areas. I can therefore provide a client with a very deep level of understanding of candidates and industry trends/intel whilst also providing guidance on the future direction of staffing within our market. As a candidate, you will get access to my network as well as my up front and honest approach to our dealings. Like most people, I am typically not a fan of recruiters as the vast majority do not add any value to you or your career. If you are an excellent candidate, my team and I will find you a great role!
