Paul Davis is an associate who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Before joining Charles Aris, Paul worked as a collegiate basketball coach for five years – most recently at Livingstone College. He oversaw all aspects of player development, community engagement, recruiting and gameday strategy. Paul is also a former professional athlete who played in eight different countries during a five-year stint with Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA), winning two championships. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University where he became the all-time leading shot blocker for the men’s basketball team. He is currently in graduate school at Western Carolina University studying sport management and will graduate in August 2021.
