Prior to joining Oxeon, Tiffany was a senior talent acquisition recruiter at a large executive search firm, recruiting across a variety of functions in the North America region. With a demonstrated history in the search industry, she prides herself in providing high-touch candidate and client service to those she partners with in her role. Born and raised in Virginia, Tiffany received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Longwood University.
