Malthe is a recruitment consultant & headhunter. He started his career in the recruitment industry in iHeadHunt in September 2017 at a student job after he started studying Political Science at the University of Copenhagen. Initially focusing on back-office assignments, sales and meeting booking through his previous roles as meeting booker & salesperson for, among others, Alm. Brand Bank.

He has since developed into a complete headhunter from A-Z, which includes: Key Account Management, Search & Selection, research & sourcing, use of HR and CRM systems and various recruitment systems.

After more than 3 years in iHeadHunt, Malthe has very extensive knowledge of the IT recruitment industry and virtually all job types and functions. He has recruited both at the specialist level and to the C level. He is trained in People Tools Person Profile and has experience working with numerous HR and other personality and cognitive test systems.

At iHeadHunt, Malthe has large areas of responsibility, in that he helps to define the general strategy for iHeadHunt, and is responsible for e.g. researchers, trainees and other staff
