Nancy is a problem-solver, which is why she enjoys helping people find great new career opportunities that they may not have found on their own. With more than 15 years of experience working in the recruiting and staffing industry, she handles the important day-to-day administration for the offices including database management, onboarding for new employees, research and more. She likes to get things done right and believes in making the most of any situation, be it a purchase, (she loves the Smartphone app Slice), or solving a challenge, (she’d be a private investigator if she weren’t working in recruiting). Nancy tries to live life by the quote “We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand,” from Randy Pausch and believes it applies to all of life’s circumstances. Nancy enjoys going to concerts or wine tasting, but she prefers iced tea when pairing a beverage with Mexican food.
