Marianne has more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search regarding top management, supervisors, and demanding specialist positions in a wide range of industries. Her core competence is in-depth familiarization with the customer's situation, high-quality execution of executive searches and building successful teams. She pays special attention to strengthening the positive candidate experience and employers´ attractive company image. She truly enjoys working with both clients and candidates and has been able to create long-term and confidential client relationships. From her previous career, she has extensive experience in sales and key account management, supervisory work, change management and management teamwork. She has held managerial positions in sales and been responsible for customer management. Marianne has experience in many different fields such as healthcare, IT and manufacturing technology, engineering and FMCG. She has also been a member of the board of FEX The Finnish Executive Search Firms´ Association for several years and she is also a Certified Coach.
