A graduate of Audencia, Laurent Derote has always worked in the real estate and construction world. In 2013, Laurent decided to create his own firm, “Laurent Derote Consultants Executive Search”. During 2015, the firm becomes DVA Executive Search in a spirit of "partnership". He manages it with Sophie Vatté-Refes.
