Ricky is a Consultant at The Up Group. Prior to joining Up, Ricky spent over four years at contingent recruitment firm Harvey Nash where he worked in the permanent technology infrastructure team within the Finance and Banking Practice. Ricky graduated with a B.A. in American Studies from the University of East Anglia.
