After completing my Masters-degree in Law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, I developed my career working in the Technology, Executive Search, and the Renewables industries of which 8 years were spent in greater China and Singapore. I started my career with a global IT company in Marketing and Sales Management focusing on diverse industries amongst others building and construction, transportation, and waste management. After 8 years in this corporate environment, I left Europe to start up a mobile banking company in Shanghai, China and a second enterprise, also in China, in HR Technology, bringing mature HR solutions to the demanding and challenging Chinese market. After the switch to HR Technology, I held several leadership roles in international HR tech and consultancy companies, followed by a leadership position at a global leader in the renewables industry, contributing to challenging net-zero goals across the globe. Having worked with great pleasure in executive search in Europe in between two international assignments, I joined Kennedy Fitch as a Partner in 2022 to serve both clients and candidates leveraging my broad international and diverse cultural experience.
