Roselaine holds a degree in Psychology and Human Resources Administration. With over 20 years of professional experience in HR, she developed her career at Page Group, a multinational consulting firm, where she spent around 16 years. She worked across various HR areas, leading the customer service division for temporary and third-party staff and, over the years, gained strong experience in identifying and attracting talent for positions at all levels: middle and senior management, support roles, as well as temporary and third-party positions in various practices. Currently, as a Senior Associate at EXEC, Roselaine is also a member of EXEC’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is based in the São Paulo office.
