Assmahen El Hamdi has 12 years’ experience in recruitment and executive search in France and Morocco. She started operations in Morocco for a leading French consultancy in 2005, and then joined Michael Page Africa in Paris in 2011, recruiting at an Executive level in Morocco and Africa. She moved back to Morocco to structure the office in 2013. Her experience working with a variety of customers (international corporations and big local firms) in different industries allows her to build strong, trustful and long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, clients and partners throughout the region. She has strong multicultural skills and has worked and lived in both Europe and Africa. Assmahen holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Mont Saint Aignan in France.
