I have been with Compass Human Resources since 2017, when I started as a Research Assistant while writing my Master thesis in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Handelshøyskolen BI. I have since moved on to work as a Researcher, then Senior-Reseacher full-time, and now I am a consultant.​ As a consultant I strive to be a trusted advisor and partner to our clients. I have extensive experience from research in several sectors, industries and positions.​ With a background in HR, management and organizational psychology, I find it very rewarding to use my professional competence in a wide range of industries and job areas.
