Maria Victoria “Marivic” Aro is Director and Practice Head for the Financial Services practice of ZMG Ward Howell. She has over 25 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, and Project Management, with focus on Consumer Banking products, Insurance, and Information Technology. She assumed various executive roles in Citibank, such as Vice President and Head of Business Development and Co-Brand Products for Cards Business, as well as Vice President and Head of Credit and Non-Credit Insurance for CitiCorp Financial Services and Brokerage, Inc. (CFSI). In IBM, she was Head of the Systems Engineering Unit and was Project Manager for select key accounts in government and finance industries. Throughout her professional career, Marivic successfully launched new products in the market, established partnerships and alliances with industry leaders, and led several marketing campaigns and business development initiatives, including the conceptualization and execution of expansion and retention strategies and programs. Graduating top of her class, Marivic holds a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce degree in Business Economics from Assumption College Manila.
