Scott oversees the firm’s Supply Chain Practice, focused on optimizing manufacturing, distribution and transportation operations; consolidating, relocating and improving facilities; reducing costs through sourcing and procurement best practices; and improving market responsiveness through more effective inventory and operations planning. Scott is recognized as an expert in supply chain strategy and operations management.

With more than 25 years of business strategy and operations experience gained through industry roles at Fortune 500 firms, and in top-tier strategy consulting firms, Scott has increased overall shareholder value by more than $1 billion.

Scott holds a BS in electrical and mechanical engineering, and an MBA from UCLA.
