Larry McDermott is a director in the Firm’s Greenwich office and a member of its Tax & Business Services team. Mr. McDermott is a Certified Public Accountant (NY) with over 30 years of tax consulting and compliance experience. His clients have included art dealers/galleries, television and radio personalities, authors, financial services entities and professionals, high net worth individuals and family offices. Prior to joining Marcum LLP, Mr. McDermott was the chief accounting & tax officer for a large family office with assets in excess of $1billion, where he oversaw tax compliance and accounting. Earlier on in his career he managed the federal and state tax filings for Great Waters of France, which included Perrier, Poland Spring, Great Bear, and other major bottled water companies throughout the United States. Mr. McDermott began his career at the “Big Four” in 1986.
