Maria Drougka started her career in Executive Search by joining the Life Sciences & Health Care practice group at Stanton Chase’s Athens office. Maria is knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. She has handled multiple Executive Search assignments related to key business functions for multinational companies, including medical, market access, commercial, finance, legal, and technical roles. As a Consultant, she is accountable for leading all activities related to the lifecycle of an Executive Search project. Among her responsibilities are international talent scouting for executives in her area of specialty, as well as their preliminary selection and evaluation. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Maria worked as a Human Resources Specialist in the F&B industry for two years. During this time, she designed the company’s hiring practices and developed its onboarding processes to help employers and new employees form efficient working relationships. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in International and European Studies and a master’s degree in European Law and Public Policy. She obtained both degrees from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
