Josh is a senior associate in the People, Talent & Legal practice at True. Josh has spent most of his career in an internal capacity at an international consulting firm and high-growth fintechs, partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and operations. Josh has great attention-to-detail, and is eager to share his professional knowledge with clients, candidates and colleagues alike. He takes the time to get to know who his clients and candidates are as people, their goals, aspirations, likes and dislikes. Josh creates a space for candidates to speak candidly about their career goals and a platform for effective consultation. Josh received his master’s degree in business and management from Queen Mary University of London, where he was a member of the QMUL Business and Management Society.
