Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience in executive selection and consultancy related to selection processes, changes, mergers and acquisitions.​ ​ He studied at Trondheim School of Economics and Rotterdam School of Management, and also has nine years’ experience from various positions in the ICT sector. Patrick has assumed responsibility for all IT and technology development at Visindi. Thanks to his contribution, Visindi has some of the best and most business-focused IT solutions in the sector.​ ​ In 2003, Patrick founded Bonaventura AS, which he managed until it was merged with Visindi in 2009. He then served as Visindi Norge’s manager from 2010 to 2012. Today, Patrick is a partner at Visindi, and manager of Visindi Trondheim. Patrick’s background makes him a much sought-after adviser for board recruitment, senior executive recruitment, business development, business start-ups and company mergers.​ Outside work, Patrick is said to be an all-round handyman and a skilled brewer.​
