Colin entered the executive search industry with Madison MacArthur in 2006 as a researcher and was soon promoted to Consultant, and subsequently to Managing Director, due to his diligence and focus in sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates. He has a high-level of expertise in systems administration, telecommunications, application development, networking, and e-commerce and brings this expertise to bear on related client mandates.

In addition, Colin has successfully completed executive search assignments for companies and organizations across a broad range of industries including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, property development, healthcare and not-for-profit. He has worked across several disciplines, making successful placements ranging from human resources and operations to marketing and sales. Colin has successfully closed search assignments ranging from Director level to Presidents and CEO's.

Colin has a BComm in Information Technology Management in Telecommunications from Ryerson University.

He is an active sportsman, a talented musician, an avid traveler and our resident "foodie"
