Karl started his recruitment career in 2014 working for a well-known and reputable specialist construction and engineering agency in the UK where he gained over 4 years’ experience successfully recruiting for both permanent and temporary contract roles and building excellent client and candidate relationships within the consulting engineering sector. He moved to Sydney in 2018 and focused his time on developing an already affluent sector for a construction recruitment company, working with Building Services Contractors and Consultancies in HVAC/BMS, Fire, MEP Drafting & BIM. Karl joined ACRWORLD to head up our Building Services Construction markets. He believes the best recruitment practice is to create good, honest, consultative relationships with both candidates and clients in order to ensure the right people are placed into the right roles ensuring long term success for both parties.
