In his roles as Group CFO, Strategy Director, and Corporate Finance Advisor, he has proven his pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. With his passion for people, he has led a large number of teams in various cultural settings and has successfully developed top talents and key people. In addition, Alex has a long track record in the transformation and agile development of company processes, leadership of strategic restructuring projects, and a multitude of M&A transactions. He has an MBA (specialization in corporate finance) from the University of Zurich and has further developed his skillset at Kellogg/Northwestern, Harvard, and St. Gallen.
