Reto Jauch leads our Board and CEO practice. He advises boards on succession planning and conducts CEO searches. His clients include organisations in the public sector, privately held enterprises as well as publicly listed companies across industries. He has been the European Head of a renowned global executive search firm with responsibility for board and CEO assignments across Switzerland, continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Based on over 25 years of experience, he has accumulated significant experience and understanding of the most pressing challenges that boards face. He conducts board reviews and consults for board effectiveness based on a thorough assessment process. Strengthening diversity in the boardroom and supporting the understanding of the impact of sustainability and ESG on board decisions are at the center of Reto Jauch’s focus. He is the co-founder of and advisor to the Board Mentoring Program. The programme focuses on pairing experienced chairs and members of boards with strong female board candidates, with the aim of increasing gender diversity on boards. He is also a board member at Techsoup, a San Francisco-based technology provider for non-profits, charities and public services.
