Charlotte leads the HR Financial & Professional Services business across SEA and the HR Financial Services Executive Search Practice across Asia splitting her time across our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. She manages assignments on a retained and exclusive basis, partnering with leading CHROs, CEOs & MDs to appoint Global, Regional and Country Heads as well as building out teams with base salaries typically ranging from SGD200 to SGD500k or 1.5m HKD to 5m HKD.
