Andrés has more than two decades of experience in executive search and management development, having led teams at Korn Ferry and Randstad in Spain and Europe. His experience spans CEOs, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), Boards of Directors, and C-Suite executives across various economic sectors. He combines his work as a consultant with his role as an independent director. After his service in the Spanish Navy, he began his career at the Spanish Trade Office in Singapore. He holds a law degree with a specialization in international trade, a degree in senior business management (PADE) from IESE, and a degree in marketing management from IE. He is fluent in English. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the CODESPA Foundation, where he leads initiatives to lift 10 million people from poverty to prosperity in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
