Since 2007, Ronei has worked within the staffing and recruiting industry focusing in the South Florida market. Ronei’s leadership, work ethic, market knowledge, and commitment to delivering and executing results has made him a successful recruiter in South Florida. Ronei manages the Accounting and Finance practice in our Miami office. His team brings over 50 years of staffing experience in both temporary/consulting and direct hire placement. He is very passionate about the ability to help people and make an impact within the community. Prior to joining Ascendo, Ronei spent nearly 4 years as a top performer for one of the nation’s largest staffing firms. After graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Ronei moved to New York City and spent almost 2 years as an equity research analyst and trader on Wall Street.
