Amrita has worked in cross-cultural teams across locations in India, Europe, US and Singapore, partnering with clients for large scale transformations impacting the feet on street to the C-suite.

She brings 10 years of experience across industries, notably some of the world’s largest organizations in oil and gas, technology and financial services.

Amrita has deep expertise in the area of behavior change related development, drawing from neuroscience principles to affect desired outcomes. She is a trained assessor, supporting the identification and development of talent for key roles.

In addition, she has held expert roles such as People & Culture Integration Lead for M&A, HR Process Expert for Shared Services Implementation, Change Adoption Lead for Asia and Europe geographies.

Amrita is an alum of the London School of Economics and Political Science, awarded an MSc. In International Employment Relations & Organizational Psychology. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.

Amrita is proficient in psychometric profiling and leadership assessment tools and methodologies.
