Annabel is a Consultant in the Early Careers team at Dartmouth, bringing a strong recruitment background and a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Annabel began her career in operations before moving into a client-facing sales role, giving her a strong foundation in both process and relationship management. She has worked in recruitment since 2019 and, prior to joining Dartmouth, specialised in hiring recruiters for the firm itself, providing her with valuable insight into the business and its culture from the inside out. Since joining Dartmouth, Annabel has supported early talent with energy, empathy, and industry know-how, helping clients attract and develop the next generation of professionals. She also holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Roehampton. Outside of work, she’s a keen runner (having completed the London Marathon) and an avid traveller, regularly exploring new European cities, with an average of six trips per year.
