Richard Cao

Richard majored in Biotech Engineering from Zhe Jiang University and has EMBA degree from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Prior to join in China DOX and Taplow China as president and managing partner, Richard took the national leader role for the leading pharmaceutical and biotech multinational company, such as Roche, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson and was responsible for the Profit & Loss.

His previous experience covered sales, marketing, key account management, distribution, and digital business in prescription, retail and medical device area. Richard is focusing on Executive Search for commercial function in life science practice. Richard also lead one dedicated team to place C-level and middle management positions as well as human capital, board service for the clients under Taplow China.
