Alejandra Pineda is a Partner at Stanton Chase Chile. As a highly skilled recruiter and organizational developer, she has worked with both national and multinational companies. Alejandra previously worked for Chile’s largest bank, Banco de Chile, where she served as Head of Selection and Recruitment. In this role, she developed an in-depth knowledge of finance sector profiles and senior-level talent in the industry. She later joined the largest group of pharmacies in Chile, which was subsequently acquired by the Mexican conglomerate Femsa. During her time at Femsa, Alejandra was the Selection and Corporate Talent Manager for the Health Division. Alejandra joined Stanton Chase Chile to support its assessment and executive search for pharmaceutical and healthcare industry professionals. She leverages her local and regional network to identify and evaluate senior executives for key positions. Alejandra earned her degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she also received a Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is also a Newfield Consulting Coach and Hogan Assessments certified.
