I am an executive search consultant, specialising in the development of Finance leadership teams, from Board to C-2.

Whilst often recruiting Group or Division CFO's, I have a broad network across the discipline's specialist functions, completing mandates in tax, treasury, audit, reporting, control, shared services, FP&A, corporate development, strategy, investor relations, and increasingly, data science and ESG. This experience also positions me effectively when identifying Audit Chairs.

My client base has extended from venture-backed series B/C growth companies to FTSE10 global corporates. In fund management, I have partnered with private equity firms on management due diligence and leadership searches for their portfolio companies, whilst also regularly placing executives into the investment firms themselves, both in and outside Finance.
