Elyse joined Gilman Partners in 2022. She focuses on Finance and Accounting searches and supports our Executive Search Consultants in several other industries. Elyse serves as a member of our Candidate Experience Team, helping to source passive candidates for high-level positions. Prior to joining us, she worked for a boutique search firm in TN where she specialized in sourcing and recruiting talent in the healthcare, sales, finance, legal, and technology industries. Elyse is a member of CincySHRM and earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee.
